If you are running MediNotes e version 5.3 and would like to obtain the most current build of the progam, please refer to the Online Update tool within your software. To do this, click the Tools drop down menu and select "Online Update." Please note that this only works if you are currently running version 5.3 of the software.
For users running earlier versions, please log in to our downloads page to obtain the latest build for your version.

Enexity: Our new support connectivity solution
We have moved away from VNC and MediNotes Remote Assistant as of Friday, February 27, 2009.

System requirements for Enexity to work include the most current version of Java located at http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
You can verify and test your Java at http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp
We also ask that the end client adds Securelink to their web browser's "Trusted Sites" to avoid pop up issues. To do this in Internet Explorer select tools from the menu bar and select Internet options. Select the privacy tab and select "settings" next to the popup blocker section. Add http://Securlink.eclipsys.com to the list of sites (you may have to uncheck the requirement for HTTPS:// websites).
Documentation explaining enhanced security, HIPPA compliancy, and other benefits will be posted shortly.
As with any install:
- Synchronize all mobile databases prior to an update or upgrade
- Close all running applications, close applications in the system tray, and disable anti-virus software
- Make a backup of your existing database(s) and logfile(s)
- Prepare enough time to update all of the networked clients and the server

Important Upgrade for NY Prescriptions
Script Layout: In order for our NY clients to meet the formatting requirements of their region, it is important that they download the prescription layout update found on this download page. It is important to note, in order to use this layout they must use the forms with the prescription appearing in the upper left quadrant of an 8.5" x 11" page. Also, they will need to modify their printer settings to use 1/2 inch margins on the top and left. The downloadable script will need to be run through the MediNotes DBUpdater.exe utility.
