EMR Software User Licenses |
Back |
MediNotes e pricing
is considerably different from other EMR
systems on the market. Our software is
purchased by user license, not by seat,
so you are able to load the program on
as many terminals as necessary but the
cost is based solely on the number and
type of users in your office.
Provider License
A Provider has
complete access to all medical information
and can perform all actions in the program.
This user can add and edit templates and medical content
in the database, write examination and
procedure notes, prescribe medications,
create billing statements for their
services and add/edit patient demographics.
(Example: Anyone able to bill for service
- Physician, Physician's Assistant,
Nurse Practitioner)
Administrator License
The administrative license can add and edit templates and medical content in the database, perform
administrative actions such as LockManager and PurgeWizard and test all functional areas of the program.
(Example: Technical person needing to create templates and content and otherwise administer the system -
Network administrator or Practice Manager)
Nurse with Signing Privileges
The Nurse
with signing privileges license allows
non-providers to create and sign notes,
prescriptions and refills under their
own name. The nurse with signing privileges
license can add medical information
to the patient's folder directly, add
and edit patient demographics and print
medical documentation.
(Example: Nurses
who create documents for patients)
Clinical/Staff
A Clinical/Staff
License allows non-providers to perform
limited medical charting, but users
are not able to sign a note or prescription
under their name. A Clinical/Staff License
can enter medical information into the
patient's folder or begin a note for
a provider and then place the note on
hold, add/edit patient demographics
and print medical documentation.
(Example: Nurses, Front Office and Administrative
Staff)
