Practice Success Team
Our PST works as a single point of contact for physicians as they transition into the world of electronic medical records and offer guidance, expertise and support. Together, we work hard to exceed our client’s every expectation.
Technical Support Team
The team goal for our exclusively Midwestern Support Department is to answer 95% of all calls in less than five minutes. Since November of 2006, we have met and often exceeded that goal. In fact, since November, 90% of all calls have been answered in one minute or less!
