I am extremely happy with MediNotes. They are easily accessible and always helpful.
This system has five-star technical support. If a glitch comes up, even if it is not program-related,
they will get into the system and fix it immediately. This is imperative to properly running our office.

The technical support is very good. They do a good job of reviewing the system with us to make sure we know how

On January 26 I contacted Tech support and thankfully Mr. Johnson answered the phone. I was beside myself
trying to back up MediNotes onto an external CD drive with the WinZip program I had just installed. He walked
me through each step, while explaining in "laymans terms" what was going on. I never felt that he talked "down"
to me. He sent me an e-mail with directions for future back up and offered his assistance if needed in future.

snag. I am computer literate and was disappointed the install did not go as I expected. I placed a call to tech
support and was advised I would get a call back.= I'm used to getting callbacks many hours or days after
I place a request(from other vendors), so was very surprised when Jamie called back within 20 minutes.
He asked me what the problem was and efficiently resolved my problem. He verified the program worked at
each client location as well as confirmed my sync worked as it should. He had me up and running in a

so I didn't have the opportunity to express my appreciation.
