Do you have the required skills in-house or do you need to augment your staff in order to complete the implementation of MediNotes e?

A MediNotes Project Specialist will be provided for all steps in your project. This person will bring to your project: planning skills, experience with MIS project management, experience in the health care industry, and knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and issues in implementing the EMR.

Project Management Package Includes:

• Same Project Specialist throughout the project – this will bring continuity to your implementation
• Needs Analysis – technical (hardware, IT Support, and network infrastructure), process improvement, and training
• The Project Specialist will work jointly with the client to create and manage the Project Implementation activities in a detailed project plan.
  • Consult with the client on the Project Definition – this is a consolidation of the project goals, deliverables of the project, milestones of the project, known risks, project scope, and the project approach.
  • Consult with the client on scheduling and timing of implementation events – then develop the Project Plan.
  • Consult with the client to develop the optimization plan.
• The Project Specialist will support the Project Kick-Off meeting. This will be a formal meeting at the start of the project that will include project deliverables and time-line of those deliverables. The Project Manager will introduce team members from MediNotes that will be involved with the project.
• The Project Specialist will facilitate the human resource function of other project team members. (Technical Implementation, Optimization, Content to customize notes)
• The Project Specialist will provide Project Status Reports bi-weekly during the implementation phase of the project.
• The Project Specialist can consult with your organization for Process and Workflow Redesign.
• The Project Specialist will organize the turn-over call to Support, thirty days after live-date of the project. During the thirty days, the Project Specialist will continue to be your person to contact for resolving issues.
