In order to comply with the most recent HIPPA regulations we require that a signed business agreement be on
file before any support or services are rendered that would enable our staff to see patient data or information.
This includes, but is not limited to receiving a copy of your database for conversion, accessing your network via
the internet for troubleshooting, or onsite installation and training.
