The Non-disclosure Agreement is a document which allows our companies to disclose sensitive or confidential information.  This document must be signed before entering the Business Partner program.  After you have downloaded this document, you may fax it to 515-327-8856, and then contact the channel manager for your region (see contact information below).

Details of the MediNotes Business Partner Program

The essence of the Business Partner program is having trained regional sales professionals supplement our direct sales force by selling our products to their existing clients and other clinics in their location. MediNotes currently sells and generates leads nationally through exhibiting at medical conferences, and d iscipline specific magazine advertising. This allows a broad range of prospect interaction, but does not allow MediNotes to conduct many demonstrations at a local level.

Regional Business Partners will first contact and demonstrate MediNotes e ™ to their existing client base, and then begin demonstrating to other local physicians in their area.

Authorized Training Courses:

Business Partner Training Seminar
The Business Partner training is a 4 day seminar covering the technical aspects of theMediNotes e™ program, how it is sold, and the triggers that will make the doctors come to you.  At the completion of this training you will be a Certified MediNotes Business Partner.

MediNotes e ™ Training Certification Course
The Training Certification course is a 2 day seminar which covers the program in greater detail than the Business Partner seminar.  Certified Regional Trainers will be called upon when existing customers would like an on-site training seminar for their staff.  It is an additional revenue generator, and helps you to support your local clients.
